As the Managing Member of Jarvis Consultants, Sonya brings 20+ years of business experience having previously served in executive roles responsible for designing, launching and managing complex projects across diverse global industries.
Sonya is known for developing a myriad of successful products and services during her career. Most recently, serving as Vice President of Attendee Programs for Reed Exhibitions, Sonya originated a new customer approach. The initiative known as TAP (Targeted Attendee Program), identified, created and sustained top attending customer relationships as leverage to engage and optimize ROI for exhibiting customers. This innovative program was adopted, launched, and implemented by more than 20 tradeshows in North America and expanded to shows in China, Europe, and Australia; yielding increased attendance, higher exhibitor satisfaction and optimal loyalty scores worldwide.
Jarvis Consultants provides customized consulting services in strategic development, marketing & promotion and event management. Services span across a broad array of industries with core expertise in DIY hardware/home improvement, retail, distribution channels, gaming and publishing/media.

Sonya earned her an M.B.A. in Marketing from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communications and minor in Sociology from Hiram College. Sonya is married and has a daughter. Her family resides Connecticut.
